Of course, there had to be a natural disaster while Anne and I were together. This time, it was a tornado that hit Manhattan the night before the Andersons left for Utah. We were checking the news, getting ready for bed, and heard the weather man say several tornados were heading our way, right to our town. So, we headed to our basement. We had the news on down there and all huddled close, praying that we would be safe. We didn't know how blessed we were until the next morning when we found out that True Value was leveled, about 30 homes damaged, K-Sate had about 20 million in damages, and a city not far from us, Chapman, was just about demolished!

That is crazy scary. I'm so glad you are okay. Did you have to sleep downstairs? I'm sure Anne's family wasn't too excited either. I'm glad we don't have many tornadoes around here...
